My booking/reservation

Private transfer means that we will send a car just for you and your party - there won't be any other passengers sharing the same vehicle. This ensure maximium privacy and comfort for your ride.
In order to better serve you, we may request your flight information or any times relevant to the activities you are transferring to and from. We will never ask for your bank account or private personal information.
Your free booking is confirmed when you first submit a quote and then reply to the reservation agent’s return email stating that you are satisfied with the terms of the reservation.
If you haven’t heard from us in more than 24 hours, contact us or check your email account’s spam filters/folder.
You can change or cancel your booking for free by filling out the change form. If it’s short notice (less than 48 hours), it’s better to contact us directly via email or WhatsApp.
We accept payments by cash or credit card; cash payments can be made in any legal currency.
Remember that you only pay upon completion of the transfer.


Upon Arrival

For transfers from the SSR Airport terminal to your accommodation, meet your driver at [pickup point]. For all other transfers, we will meet you at your accommodation/activity’s front entrance or any nearby location you specify.
No, but we do require you to show our driver some form of ID that you would normally carry on you, such as a passport or license.
Our driver will wait for you as usual. You won’t be charged a waiting fee. However, we do appreciate you letting us know your new anticipated arrival time if possible.
We strive to be punctual. However, if you arrive and no one is there to greet you after ten minutes, please contact us right away. You can find our help counter within walking distance in the arrivals terminal


Passengers & Luggage

We have vehicles with capacities up to 30 passengers. Please note that Mauritian law counts children, toddlers, and infants as individual passengers.
Yes, we are compliant with the law in providing booster chairs and other safety devices. Any charges for these are included in your reservation price.
All cars and drivers in our fleet are insured according to Mauritian regulations. This insurance applies to passengers also; please contact us for specifics.
This varies according to the vehicle’s capacity and the luggage amount and dimensions. We can make a recommendation based on the information you provide our agent during booking.
